1999 is stamped on the bottom of the shank, strongly suggesting that such was the year of production. It has a tortoise shell stem, which does have some tooth chatter on it, but I think I can at least diminish that with some polishing and buffing and probably eliminate it altogether. There is no wear on the rim and the draw is wide-open. It’s a Grp. 5 in size. The previous owner, KK, specifically said that this pipe smokes very well. Used.
